We used GLUTENULL GRANOLA
Glutenull Quinoa Granola is a great low-sugar option that is also gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO. Glutenull Quinoa Granola uses simple ingredients like buckwheat, seeds, nuts and dried fruit for a tasty whole food granola.
Try enjoying granola in unconventional ways like in an apple crumble, as a based to nut butter energy bites, or try coating a banana in honey and rolled in granola for a tasty yet nutritious snack!
1. Preheat your oven to 400F
2. Peel and slice your sweet potatoes and apples into about quarter-inch rounds.
3. Mix the cinnamon with your choice of sugar in a small dish
4. Butter a baking dish and layer your sweet potato rounds on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and 4-5 cubes of butter or margarine
5. Add a layer of apples and again lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and add 3-4 cubes of butter or margarine
6. Repeat these layers until you run out of sweet potatoes and apples.
7. Bake covered for 40-45 minutes and uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork
