"Our much loved RUB is made with smoked chanterelle mushrooms that we grind up and blend with a little savoury, a little sweet, and a dash of heat.Add some sass to your chicken, cauliflower, potatoes, ribs, tofu, salmon, brussel sprouts anything really. Just rub generously and fry or bake. Excellent mixed with coconut milk as a marinade on any of the above. Or... sprinkle on popcorn, salads, eggs, avocado...
