1 bunch Spinach
1/4 bunch Dandelion Greens
2 tbsp. Nettle Dried Nettle
4 tbsp. Dried Basil
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Almonds
2 cloves Garlic
Salt (to taste)
Directions
– Place nuts in food processor and coarsely chop.
– Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
– Refrigerate.
– Toss on your favourite pasta, or serve on crackers for a tasty treat.
Will keep for 10 – 14 days.
