Directions
Wash & chop vegetables, preferably organic varieties, and add to boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes covered. Remove bay leaf and enjoy as a meal replacement for 2 meals per day, along with one light meal in the afternoon or evening for 5 to 7 days. This may also be used as a weekly regimen, one day a week on a regular basis, as part of a healthy maintenance program.
