What you can expect
We host both in-person and online seminars. Our in-person seminars take place at either our Kitsilano, South Surrey or Kelowna stores. Our online seminars are streamed live via YouTube. Missed one of our online seminars? Catch it on our YouTube channel! All online seminars are available on our channel 12-24 hours after the event.
When you watch one of our live seminars you will receive a Nutrition Buck ($10 off when you spend $50 in-store) upon filling out a post-seminar survey within 2-4 weeks. Please note all surveys close at noon the day after the event.
