Northern Divine is a local seafood farm from Sechelt, BC, and also happens to be the only producer of organic sturgeon in the entire world. Their process of using large, outdoor, land based tanks equipped with scrubbing and filter technology to raise a clean and environmentally friendly fish. Northern Divine sturgeon has even been Vancouver Aquarium Ocean Wise endorsed.

Sturgeon has a mild, buttery flavour and firm texture. It’s a great source of omega-3, protein, vitamins and minerals. Use it in any recipe calling for a firm white fish. It’s absolutely divine simply grilled with some olive oil, garlic and sea salt.

Northern Divine sturgeon will be available fresh at all Choices locations except Choices Marine Way and Commercial Drive starting on May 11th. You’ll want to try this delicacy this summer; it’s sure to become your new seafood favourite!
