Goat milk is made up of proteins called whey and casein, lactose, and some other very complex carbohydrates called oligosaccharides, and important fatty acids.What it does:Goat milk more closely resembles breast milk and naturally contains a higher level of A2 -casein proteins that are different from the A1 -casein proteins in cow milk.
