1. Cook 1 cup of rinsed organic quinoa in 2 cups of filtered water.
2. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes
3. In a wok, steam all veggies (about 2 lbs) in water until tender.
4. Add the Bragg's Liquid Aminos and sliced tofu to the steamed vegetables and mix well.
5. Serve the vegetables over the quinoa.
6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and/or toasted pine nuts.
