Ingredients
1 (150g) Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese
1 ½ cup Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
1 (250g) Western Family Light Cream Cheese Brick
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1-2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley + extra leaves
½ tsp. fresh lemon zest
1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
Black pepper to taste
Western Family Fig, Black Pepper and Vanilla Signature crackers
Directions
- To a large bowl, add Boursin, cream cheese, green onions, chopped parsley, lemon zest, bagel seasoning and black pepper. Mix to combine
- When smooth, separate mixture into approximately 12 portions. Roll and flatten to create a carrot shape. Place cheese balls on a lined baking tray
- Add cheddar cheese over top each cheese ball to coat
- Stick the tops of each cheese ball with a small bunch of parsley to resemble carrot leaves (to be eaten with the cheese ball when serving)
- Chill cheese balls in the fridge, about 20 minutes prior to serving
- Serve with Western Family Fig, Black Pepper and Vanilla Signature crackers for the perfect finish.
