Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas (or 1 can, rinsed and drained)
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 tsp Organika Broth powder of your choice
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2 - 4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender, starting with only 2 tbsp of water
2. Begin to mix on medium high
3. Add the additional 2 tbsp of water if needed
4. Blend until you reach a smooth and creamy texture
5. Serve with crackers, cut up veggies, on top of toast or roasted yams.
