Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup crushed unsalted walnuts
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup nut or seed butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup hemp hearts
1/3 cup maple syrup
dash vanilla extract
Directions

1. Blend ½ cup of oats until flour-like consistency.

2. Heat nut or seed butter in the microwave for 25 seconds.

3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined. If the mixture is not sticking together add more maple syrup until desired consistency is achieved.

4. Roll into 1-inch balls.

5. Store in fridge, best-served cold. 

Can store in the freezer for 3 months.
