3/4 cup Tree Island Plant-Based Yogurt
2 tbsp. Hemp Hearts
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds or Pecans
1/2 cup Peaches (canned)
1 tbsp Nut Butter (optional)
Directions

1. Mix yogurt and hemp seeds.

2. Place peaches in the bottom of a jar, layer yogurt mixture then pumpkin seeds or pecans and drizzle with your favourite nut butter of choice. Enjoy!
