1/2 cup Dairyland sour cream
1 unpeeled English cucumber
1 tsp of Simply Organic garlic powder
1 tsp Simply Organic dill weed
1 tbsp Earth's Choice Extra Virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt, or more to taste
Directions
- Wash and grate cucumber and in small batches using your hand, squeeze moisture out thoroughly.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to mingle..
- This dip is good for up to a week refrigerated. Drain off any accumulated liquid before serving after the first day.
