

Fun & Healthy Mini Pizzas for Picky Eaters

1. Preheat Oven: 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare Pitas: Place pitas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Add Sauce: Spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce evenly on each pita.
4. Add Cheese & Protein: Sprinkle cheese over sauce, then top with chicken or your protein choice.
5. Add Veggies: Let kids sprinkle their favorite chopped veggies on top.
6. Season: Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning or oregano. Drizzle olive oil if desired.
7. Bake: 10–12 minutes, or until cheese melts and edges of pita are lightly golden.
8. Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing into kid-friendly wedges.
