3 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes
4 MacIntosh Apples
1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup GluteNull Granola
Unsalted butter or margarine

1. Preheat your oven to 400F

2. Peel and slice your sweet potatoes and apples into about quarter-inch rounds.

3. Mix the cinnamon with your choice of sugar in a small dish

4. Butter a baking dish and layer your sweet potato rounds on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and 4-5 cubes of butter or margarine

5. Add a layer of apples and again lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and add 3-4 cubes of butter or margarine

6. Repeat these layers until you run out of sweet potatoes and apples.

7. Bake covered for 40-45 minutes and uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork
