To prepare the crust, blend graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
– Form into a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325° F.
– Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat.
– In a blender, mix tofu, melted chocolate chips, soy milk, and vanilla until smooth.
– Pour mixture over graham crust and distribute evenly.
– Top with shaved chocolate, strawberries, and/or whipped cream.
