Ingredients
1 medium Jicama
2 medium Carrots
1 Lime, juiced
1 1/2 tbsp. Avocado oil
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. If cutting jicama in advance, store in a bowl of
water until you are ready to put the salad together.
