4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Oats
2 Peppers, sliced
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Mix oats and sliced peppers in a bowl.
- Place the oat and pepper mixture in a baking dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts on top of the oat and pepper mixture.
- Pour oil over the chicken breasts and the oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
