What security measures do you put in place to protect my identity and financial information?

Our customers’ privacy is very important to us, which is why we encrypt all communications between you and our servers. Your personal and financial information will never be sold, released, or communicated to a third party.  

Is it safe to use my credit card on shop.choicesmarkets.com?

Yes. We want you to feel safe while shopping online with Choices Markets, so we have taken extra care to safely process your transactions. For all processed transactions, we use Authorize.net.

I do not wish to give my credit card information online, are there alternatives?

NO. At this time, we can only processes credit card payments for orders placed online.

Are all of the products sold at Choices Market stores available on your online store?

No. At this time, we are only able to offer select products on our online store versus our physical store. We have tried to make our most popular items available to you. Over time, we will keep increasing the number of items available to serve you better. For any special requests, feel free to contact us at webshop@choicesmarkets.com  

Why are some of the online prices different from the prices in your stores?

Choices Markets online store pricing reflects our chain-wide special prices, which excludes specials that individual stores have placed on items. We do, however, have special online only pricing on some products, so keep checking back! 

I've seen the same product on another website for a lower price. What is your Price matching policy?

No. Currently, we do not price match.

How can I place an order?

You can browse our products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, just login to your online Choices account or proceed as a guest to process the order. Once the checkout is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Do I need to set up a shop.choicesmarkets.com account to make a purchase?

No. In order to make a purchase you can set up a shop.choicesmarkets.com account (where you can add your Choices Preferred Shopper card to collect points) or simply add items to your cart and, when you are ready to checkout, proceed as a guest.

Is there a minimum purchase needed to place an order?

No, there is no minimum purchase required to place an order. Orders over $70 (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping. Orders below $70 are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items purchased on this website will be shipped via Canada Post from Vancouver, BC.

Estimated delivery times (once order has been packaged) via Canada Post Expedited:

British Columbia: 2 – 3 days

Alberta: 3 – 4 days

Saskatchewan: 3-4 days

Manitoba: 4 days

Ontario: 4-5 days

Quebec: 6-7 days

Prince Edward Island: 7-8 days

Nova Scotia: 9-10 days

New Brunswick: 9-10 days

Newfoundland & Labrador: 9-10 days

Do I have to be home when my order arrives?

No. If you are not available at your delivery address during delivery, your package will be left at the closest post office. In any case, the courier driver will leave a note in your mailbox notifying you where your package can be picked up. 

When will I be charged for my order?

As soon as you have completed your order, Authorize.net will immediately process your transaction. It will take up to 10 days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

Choosing the wrong item can happen, if you need to change an order you have already placed please email webshop@choicesmarkets.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to adjust your order. If it has already been shipped, you will have to request a refund for the product(s). Please see the Returns & Exchanges section for more details.

How do I view the status of my order?

Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email with your order details. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you another email indicating that it has been shipped. Alternatively, you can log onto your shop.choicesmarket.com account and select My Account - Order History - Details.

How can I return an item I purchased online?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are disappointed with any product(s) you have purchased, please email us at webshop.choicesmarkets.com and we will be able to help process your return request.
Please note: the return shipping fee is at the expense of the sender.
Once approved, orders will be refunded to the original credit card provided at time of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we have approved the refund and received the returned item, we will process the refund transaction on Authorize.net. When we process the refund transaction, we will email you a refund confirmation. The refund will take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Shipping                                                      

Do you deliver to any address within Canada?

Yes, we work with Canada Post to deliver to all addresses within Canada.

Do you deliver internationally?

No, not at this time.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our warehouse team will then pick and package your order for shipment. You will receive a final email from us once your order has been shipped. Following this, you will receive an email from Canada Post to access the tracking number of your package so you can view where the package is on their tracking website.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter mailing list?

In every e-newsletter you receive, you’ll find a link to click at the very bottom of the e-mail “Unsubscribe from the newsletter”.

How can I earn rewards?

You can earn rewards by joining the Choices Preferred Shopper program. You can register for a card online or in-store - start accumulating points on your purchases right away!

Can I redeem my points?

No, not on our online store. At this time, you can only accumulate points on purchases made online. We are working hard to allow customers to redeem points online as soon as possible.

How do I sign up for a Choices Preferred Shopper card?
